11.15.14 Derrick + Kaylee

It was a great opportunity to get to work with this super sweet couple! Kaylee and Derrick are such a perfect match for each other. Kaylee's style for her special day was sophisticated country. Their ceremony took place at Glenwood Church of Christ where I created two large arrangements to frame each side of the altar. Floating candles surrounded the unity cross that they built together following their vows. After the ceremony, the guests were invited to Centaur Arabian Farms for a wonderful dinner and dancing. Kaylee's bouquet featured peonies, ranunculus, David Austin Roses, and brunia berries. The soft pinks gave everything a very romantic feel. 11.1.14 Brandon + Courtney

Kicking off the month of November is this stunning wedding with Courtney and Brandon! Courtney's style is elegant country with soft tones of peaches and cream and a touch of mint green for her bridal bouquet. Some rustic touches were added with the scabiosa pods and succulents. David Austin roses and peony provide the wow factor. A rose petal lined aisle and hanging floral arrangements enhanced the already beautiful setting. Gold and rust colored linens added the punch of color along with a more vibrant selection of flowers to tie in with the soft tones. Tables set with china, lanterns, candlelight, and elevated floral arrangements put this wedding as one of my favorites. Decorating a very simple frosted cake with all those gorgeous roses was a definite highlight!

10.25.14 Nabil + Katie

Wow, this wedding was so much fun! Nabil and Katie have such a sincere love for eachother that was so evident through all of their wedding festivities. I loved sharing in their celebration designing the flowers, setting up, and coordinating the event. The bouquet we crafted for Katie was a combination of elegant flowers arranged to give a wildflower-like vibe. Also, isn't the piece we did on the arbor gorgeous? Everything turned out simple stunning!
